- Roasted turkey breast (even leftovers of roasted turkey sliced thinly will do)
- Dijon Mustard
- Primitiae Italiae Sun Dried Tomatoes
- Emmenthal Cheese
Directions (no cooking required)
Spread a light veil of Dijon mustard on a slice of roasted turkey breast, place a Primitiae Italiae Sun Dried Tomato, well drained, on top and add a stick of Emmenthal Cheese.
Make a small package of the roasted turkey breast slice by folding and overlapping the edges.
Wrap in cling film and store in fridge for half an hour.
Serve as appetizer or finger food. With 3 or 4 packages served on a bed of fresh salad you will have a tasty main course.
